I just ordered 3 codes on a Saturday morning, around 12:25 JP time. I received them all within four minutes. Four minutes!
This kind of attention to service is shocking, in a pleasant way. I honestly expected delivery to take around two hours (as indicated by Patick on the NPP site, after all a guy's gotta take time to read his emails).
If this process isn't automated in some way then I must say that you, sir, are awesome. It was a genuine pleasure buying from you.
We had some troubles at first (all our fault), but Patrick was really nice and helped us through all of them. I got my iTunes code basically immediately after purchasing it and it made me really, really happy! I'm glad I can buy things from the Japanese iTunes Store now. ^.^
