I ordered two 3000 Yen codes and got both within a couple of minutes. Can't complain about that! It's not the first time I've used the service, and it won't be the last.
We had some troubles at first (all our fault), but Patrick was really nice and helped us through all of them. I got my iTunes code basically immediately after purchasing it and it made me really, really happy! I'm glad I can buy things from the Japanese iTunes Store now. ^.^
